Product Description - Steel Frame Buildings

Our Tisin pre-engineered steel frame buildings adopt rigid portal frame structure with H-section steel as main columns and beams. Secondary components include galvanized C/Z purlins, angle steel and round bar bracing system for stable overall structure.

Main steel members are treated with Sa2.5 shot blasting to boost paint adhesion, matched with multi-layer anti-corrosion coating for long service life. Roof and wall cladding together with complete flashings effectively prevent rainwater ingress and panel corrosion.

Sizes, span, height and layouts are fully customizable; optional extras include windows, louvers, steel mezzanine, drainage system and industrial doors. All parts are prefabricated in factory for fast bolt assembly on site, widely used as workshops, warehouses, factories and storage buildings with low maintenance cost and good recyclability.

Technical Specifications
  • Structural System: Adopts pre-engineered portal rigid steel frame structure, available in single-span and multi-span styles to satisfy different span and load requirements.
  • Main Raw Steel Material: Optional grades include Q235B, Q355B, ASTM A36, AS/NZS Grade 250 and Grade 350, all supplied with official material test certificates.
  • Surface Anti-corrosion Treatment: All primary H-beam columns and beams undergo Sa2.5 grade shot blasting treatment first to enhance coating adhesion, then coated with primer and topcoat paint; hot-dip galvanizing treatment is available as an alternative for highly corrosive coastal environments.
  • Secondary Structure Components: Made of galvanized C purlins and Z purlins, matched with angle steel and round bar bracing system to strengthen overall structural stability and lateral rigidity.
  • Roof and Wall Enclosure System: Can choose conventional color steel cladding or thermal-insulated sandwich panels for waterproof, heat insulation and sound insulation performance.
  • Waterproof Auxiliary Accessories: Complete set of waterproof trim parts equipped, including ridge cap, barge cap, corner flashing, drip flashing, together with gutter and downpipe drainage system, effectively preventing rainwater ingress and cladding corrosion.
  • Customizable Technical Parameters: Clear span, eave height, total length and roof slope can be fully customized; steel mezzanine floor, crane beam, aluminium glass window, ventilation louver, industrial door and reserved lighting brackets are all optional add-ons.
  • Production Lead Time: Mass production will start 6 weeks after customer's approval of shop drawings.
  • Packing & Shipping Standard: All steel components are fixed with fixtures on steel pallets, then loaded into 40HQ or 40OT containers for sea transportation.

Packaging and Quality Control
Packaging

All fabricated steel components are sorted and bundled according to drawing numbers, fixed with dedicated fixtures on sturdy steel pallets to prevent shifting, collision and deformation during long-distance transportation. Sharp edges are protected to avoid coating damage.

After packing inspection, pallets are loaded into 40′HQ or 40′OT shipping containers properly. Clear shipping marks, part labels and packing lists are attached for easy receiving, checking and unloading at destination.

Quality Control
  • Raw material inspection: All incoming steel is checked against mill test certificates to verify material grade, thickness and mechanical properties before cutting and processing.
  • In-process inspection: Strict dimensional checking, welding appearance & non-destructive testing are carried out during cutting, assembling and welding procedures.
  • Surface treatment control: Main frame steel is required to reach Sa2.5 shot blasting standard to guarantee paint adhesion; paint film thickness is monitored to meet anti-corrosion requirements.
  • Finished product inspection: Overall dimension, bolt hole tolerance, coating integrity and accessories completeness are fully examined before packing and delivery.
  • Document support: Complete inspection reports, material certificates and test records can be provided for project acceptance.
