This heavy-duty high load bearing prefabricated steel workshop is tailor-made for machinery processing, metal fabrication, equipment assembly and heavy industrial production lines. Different from ordinary light steel buildings, the whole frame adopts thickened high-strength steel to bear heavy machine tools, forging equipment, lifting cranes and stacked heavy raw materials, solving the core demand of high load capacity in machinery manufacturing plants. We can customize clear span, eave height, crane load and floor bearing capacity according to customers’ production equipment layout. All components are prefabricated in our factory with precise CNC cutting and full bolted connection, which greatly shortens on-site construction time. The main load-bearing frame including steel columns, main H-beams and crane girders adopts Q355B low-alloy high tensile steel, which owns much higher yield strength than Q235B carbon steel. This material can support overhead traveling cranes from 3 tons to 50 tons, and the ground beam system can withstand heavy point loads brought by large processing machinery. Secondary structures such as roof purlins, wall beams and diagonal bracings use hot galvanized thin-walled steel to enhance overall structural rigidity. Every structural member is calculated by professional structural engineers to guarantee uniform force distribution, no bending, sinking or deformation under long-term heavy load operation, fully meeting heavy machinery production standards for continuous year-round use.

We deliver standardized multi-layer anti-corrosion surface treatment for all steel components to resist oil stain, metal dust, humid air and chemical volatiles produced during machinery processing. The whole process follows strict industrial standards:
First, all steel profiles go through Sa2.5 grade sandblasting to completely remove rust, oxide skin and oil contaminants on the metal surface, forming rough texture for firm paint adhesion.
Second, one layer of anti-rust epoxy primer is sprayed to isolate oxygen and moisture and prevent internal rust generation.
Third, intermediate anti-corrosion paint is coated to improve impact resistance and chemical erosion resistance against workshop cutting fluid and metal waste.
Finally, weather-resistant top finish paint is applied, available in blue, gray, white and custom colors. The finished coating layer is thick, scratch-resistant and anti-fading, extending the service life of the steel frame to over 50 years under normal workshop maintenance. For coastal or high-corrosion processing zones, hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment is optional for extra long-term anti-rust protection.![]()
