The entire production of the high seismic wind resistant steel structure building adopts standardized factory prefabrication, precision processing and strict quality inspection procedures to ensure the stability and consistency of structural performance, laying a solid foundation for on-site wind and seismic resistance.
Firstly, professional structural engineers conduct personalized wind load and seismic load calculation and structural modeling optimization according to project location, local wind speed grade, seismic fortification intensity and building span requirements, and formulate targeted production and processing schemes. Secondly, high-quality national standard H-beams, channel steels, angle steels and profiled steel plates are selected as raw materials, and all steel materials undergo strict incoming quality inspection including thickness detection, material performance test and anti-corrosion quality verification to eliminate unqualified raw materials.
In the precision processing stage, advanced CNC cutting machines, automatic welding equipment and bending forming equipment are used for integrated processing of steel components such as main frames, purlins, bracing parts and connecting accessories. All welding positions adopt full-automatic welding process with non-destructive flaw detection to ensure welding firmness and uniform stress. High-strength bolt holes are precisely positioned and punched to ensure accurate assembly tolerance. After processing, all steel components undergo shot blasting rust removal treatment to improve the adhesion of anti-corrosion coatings.
Subsequently, multi-layer anti-corrosion and weather-resistant coating treatment including primer, intermediate paint and topcoat is carried out, or hot-dip galvanizing process is adopted to enhance the wind erosion and atmospheric corrosion resistance of steel components. For areas with high ventilation demand or poor natural ventilation conditions, a matched mechanical ventilation system is configured, including industrial exhaust fans, axial flow fans and negative pressure ventilation equipment. The mechanical ventilation equipment is stably installed on the reinforced wall and roof structures, with firm installation and strong wind resistance, which can operate stably for a long time in harsh windy environments. The ventilation system is scientifically arranged without dead angles, which can quickly discharge industrial dust, peculiar smell, excess heat and moisture in the factory and warehouse, effectively prevent equipment aging and material mildew caused by humid and stuffy environment, and improve production efficiency and material storage safety.
