The main load-bearing frame (steel columns, main beams, secondary beams) is made of national standard Q355B high-strength low-alloy structural steel, with a yield strength of ≥355MPa and excellent compression resistance, bending resistance and impact resistance. The secondary auxiliary structures including wall purlins, roof purlins and tie supports adopt Q235B hot-rolled steel, which features stable mechanical properties and strong toughness. All steel sections are processed by CNC automatic cutting and drilling equipment, with hole position tolerance controlled within ±1.5mm and component size error less than ±2mm, ensuring zero-error on-site assembly.

The product supports full-size personalized customization: single-span net span ranges from 5m to 50m, and multi-span combined design can realize an ultra-large uninterrupted space of more than 120m. The customizable eaves height is 3m to 22m, which can meet the installation requirements of large production equipment, overhead traveling cranes and high-level storage racks. The building length can be freely extended according to customer’s site demand, with standard bay spacing of 6m-9m. All size schemes can be optimized and adjusted by professional structural engineers according to local wind load, snow load and seismic grade.

The designed wind load resistance ranges from 0.45kN/㎡ to 0.9kN/㎡, resisting up to 12-level strong typhoons. The snow load bearing capacity is 0.3kN/㎡ to 1.2kN/㎡, adapting to heavy snow weather in cold regions. The structure is designed to withstand 8-degree seismic intensity, with good structural ductility and shock absorption performance. The floor live load can be customized from 2kN/㎡ to 10kN/㎡, suitable for ordinary production workshops and heavy-duty processing factories.

All main steel frame components are treated with professional fireproof coating. The thick-type fireproof paint forms a dense heat insulation protective layer on the steel surface, which can effectively isolate high temperature and delay the temperature rise of steel structures. The fire resistance limit of the main frame can reach 1.5h-3h, fully meeting the fire protection requirements of industrial workshops and warehouses. The fireproof coating features strong adhesion, weather resistance and non-fall off, and will not lose its fireproof performance under long-term natural environment erosion.

The roof and wall panels adopt rock wool fireproof sandwich panels with fireproof grade A1, which is non-combustible and smoke-free in case of fire. The core material uses high-density rock wool with excellent flame retardant and heat insulation performance, which can effectively block the spread of fire and prevent flame penetration. Meanwhile, the building is equipped with fire isolation zones and fire partition structures to limit the fire range in a small area and reduce property losses.

According to customer demand and local fire code requirements, we can support the installation of full-set fire protection systems, including automatic fire alarm devices, smoke detectors, temperature sensors, fire hydrant systems, spray fire extinguishing systems, fire doors and fire evacuation passages.
