We adopt a scientific and low-cost building maintenance system to ensure long-term stable operation and extended service life of the steel frame dormitory. All main steel frame components undergo professional anti-corrosion treatment, including hot-dip galvanized (HDG) process or composite coating treatment with epoxy zinc-rich primer and weather-resistant alkyd topcoat. This multi-layer anti-rust system can effectively resist oxidation, corrosion, rainwater erosion and extreme temperature changes, greatly reducing the aging rate of steel structures. The building enclosure adopts high-density fireproof and heat-insulating sandwich panels, with seamless splicing technology for assembly, which effectively avoids common problems such as water leakage, air leakage and heat loss. The whole building features simple structure and modular assembly, bringing extremely convenient daily maintenance work. Daily routine maintenance only requires regular surface cleaning and simple inspection of coating integrity and bolt fastening. Damaged wall panels, roof panels and connecting bolts can be independently disassembled and replaced quickly without overall dismantling of the building, realizing low-cost and high-efficiency later maintenance and maximizing the long-term service value of the dormitory.

We implement a complete and standardized steel structure production process to ensure stable and consistent product quality for every prefabricated dormitory. The whole production workflow is standardized and systematic, covering BIM precise modeling and optimized design, raw material incoming inspection and cutting, CNC intelligent precision bending, automatic assembly and welding, weld surface polishing, professional sand blasting rust removal, multi-layer anti-corrosion coating spraying and standardized finished product packaging. All steel components are processed by automated precision equipment, which strictly controls component size, flatness and assembly tolerance to avoid dimensional deviation. After welding construction, all weld seams are carefully polished to remove burrs, welding slag and surface defects to ensure smooth and neat component surfaces. The sand blasting process thoroughly removes surface rust and impurities, improving the adhesion and durability of the protective coating. Finally, all finished components are classified, labeled and packaged with foam and protective film, effectively preventing deformation, scratch and damage during long-distance transportation and on-site stacking.

A strict full-process quality inspection system is implemented throughout production to guarantee high-quality engineering output. The inspection procedure covers every key link from raw material entry to finished product delivery. In the raw material inspection stage, our quality team strictly checks the specification, thickness, material composition and mechanical properties of steel plates, profiles and auxiliary materials to ensure all raw materials comply with international building standards. During the production and processing period, real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out on welding technological parameters, assembly precision and component dimensional accuracy to correct deviations in a timely manner. After production is completed, multiple professional tests are conducted, including weld seam non-destructive testing (NDT), overall dimensional deviation detection and structural static load-bearing tests. Meanwhile, sampling inspection is performed on the thickness, uniformity and adhesion of anti-corrosion coating. All qualified components are uniformly marked and filed with complete records, realizing full quality traceability and ensuring the overall safety, stability and compliance of each steel frame dormitory project.
