First, complete the foundation construction and leveling according to the project design drawings. The foundation surface must be flat, solid and free of obvious unevenness and sundries to ensure the stable stress of the steel structure frame. Check and accept all prefabricated components, including steel frames, purlins, wall and roof panels, bolts, gaskets and auxiliary accessories, confirm that the quantity is complete and the components are free of deformation, damage and rust. Prepare conventional installation tools such as electric wrenches, torque wrenches, level gauges and measuring tapes, and arrange professional construction personnel to read the installation drawings and clarify the assembly sequence and standards.

Install the embedded anchor bolts at the foundation position first, fix the main steel columns on the foundation through anchor bolts, adjust the verticality and horizontal level of the steel columns with a level gauge, and lock the bolts after confirming no deviation. Then assemble the main steel beams, connect the steel beams and steel columns with high-strength bolts in accordance with the marking position of the components, and tighten the bolts in a symmetrical order to ensure uniform stress of the frame joints. After the assembly of all main columns and beams is completed, install tie bars and knee bracing to strengthen the overall stability of the frame and avoid structural shaking.
After the main frame is fixed, install roof purlins and wall purlins in sequence, fix all purlin components with standard bolts to form a stable enclosure support system. Then install door and window frames according to the design position, adjust the horizontal and vertical accuracy, and fix them firmly. Start the installation of wall panels and roof panels after the completion of the auxiliary structure. After the overall installation is completed, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the whole building. Check whether all bolts are fully tightened and whether there is loose or missing installation; check whether the wall and roof panels are flat and tightly connected without gaps and damage; test the flexibility of doors and windows and the smoothness of the drainage system. After confirming that all indicators meet the installation standards, clean up the construction site and complete the project acceptance.

Establish a daily inspection mechanism for the building. Regularly check the building appearance every week, observe whether there are deformed, damaged or rusted parts on the steel frame, wall panels and roof panels. Clean up the dust, fallen leaves and sundries on the roof and drainage grooves in time to avoid blockage of the drainage system and rainwater accumulation. Check the anti-corrosion coating of steel components, if local paint peeling and rusting occurs, timely polish and repair the anti-corrosion coating to avoid further rust expansion. Inspect the flatness and sealing performance of roof and wall panels, repair the damaged panels and failed sealing strips in time to prevent water leakage and air leakage.
Carry out a comprehensive annual maintenance of the building. Conduct overall stress detection on the steel frame structure to ensure that the structural bearing capacity meets the safety standards. Replace aging and damaged auxiliary accessories such as gaskets and sealing strips. Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the drainage system to ensure long-term stable operation of the building.

In rainy and humid seasons, increase the frequency of building waterproof and anti-rust inspection, focus on checking roof joints, wall corners and drainage parts, and do a good job in moisture-proof and waterproof protection of the warehouse interior and staff quarters.
