The entire steel warehouse adopts high-strength bolt connection technology instead of traditional on-site welding. All main frame beams, steel columns, purlins and connecting parts are precisely punched and matched in the factory, ensuring precise assembly tolerance. We use grade 8.8 and 10.9 high-strength galvanized bolts, which feature strong shear resistance, tensile resistance and anti-loosening performance. The bolts are not easy to rust or deform under long-term heavy-load pressure and harsh outdoor environments. The standardized bolt assembly effectively improves the overall structural rigidity, avoids welding deformation and paint damage, and ensures the whole warehouse remains stable even under long-term raw material stacking, wind pressure and temperature changes. All bolt accessories are completely packaged and marked with specifications, making on-site installation and inspection more convenient and efficient.

For conventional raw material storage warehouses, we adopt high-quality color steel single sheets for roof and wall enclosure. The single-layer steel panels are made of high-tensile galvanized steel substrate with colorful polyester paint coating, featuring anti-corrosion, anti-aging, waterproof and dustproof properties. The single sheet design is lightweight, tough and easy for installation and later maintenance. The overlapping sealing installation method effectively prevents rainwater penetration, ensures good waterproof performance for daily storage, and greatly reduces the overall construction cost. This economical and practical single-panel system is widely suitable for dry raw material storage, industrial stock yards and general cargo warehouses, meeting basic waterproof, windproof and dustproof storage requirements.

For customers who need better heat insulation, fireproofing and moisture-proof storage conditions, we support customized high-density sandwich panels. Optional core materials include rock wool, glass wool and EPS foam. The rock wool sandwich panel provides Class A fireproof performance, effectively isolating fire risks for stored raw materials. The integrated sandwich structure has excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation effects, stabilizing indoor temperature, preventing raw materials from being affected by high temperature, humidity and external harsh weather. Compared with single steel sheets, sandwich panels greatly improve the warehouse’s overall sealing performance, effectively avoiding moisture, dust and dew, which is very suitable for storing damp-sensitive, temperature-sensitive and high-value industrial raw materials.

All our heavy-load steel warehouses are equipped with standardized steel parapet walls installed around the roof edge. The customized parapet wall system beautifies the overall building appearance and plays a key practical role in rainwater guiding, roof edge protection and dust prevention. It effectively blocks floating dust, fallen leaves and external sundries from entering the roof drainage system, avoiding water blocking and roof water accumulation. Meanwhile, the parapet wall strengthens the overall rigidity of the roof edge, improves wind resistance performance, and protects the roof panels and edge accessories from wind damage. This mature structural design greatly enhances the durability and neatness of the raw material warehouse for long-term outdoor use.

To meet the daily storage access, ventilation and lighting needs of raw material warehouses, we provide a full set of customized doors and windows. Industrial sliding doors, rolling shutter doors and large clearance workshop doors are optional for convenient access of forklifts, trucks and large raw materials. All industrial doors adopt thickened steel frame and anti-wind reinforcement design, with tight sealing and flexible opening. For windows, we adopt waterproof and dustproof aluminum alloy casement windows and sliding windows, with good ventilation and daylighting performance. All door and window accessories are matched with waterproof rubber strips and anti-corrosion hardware fittings to ensure tight sealing, no water leakage and no air penetration. The scientific layout of doors and windows realizes reasonable air convection inside the warehouse, keeps the interior dry and tidy, and protects stored industrial raw materials from moisture and mildew.
