2. Professional Factory Production Process

The production of our prefabricated steel industrial workshops follows a complete standardized and automated production workflow, strictly complying with ISO 9001 quality management system and international steel structure manufacturing standards. The whole production process includes raw material inspection, precise cutting, automated forming, professional welding, fine polishing, dimensional calibration, surface treatment and finished product inspection, ensuring high precision and consistent quality of every steel component.

Firstly, we conduct strict incoming inspection for all raw steel materials, including Q355B high-strength steel for main frames and Q235B galvanized steel for auxiliary structures. We test the tensile strength, yield strength, steel thickness and material composition to eliminate unqualified raw materials fundamentally. After material confirmation, automated CNC cutting equipment is adopted for precise blanking, with cutting accuracy controlled within ±1mm, ensuring the uniform size and splicing accuracy of each component.

In the forming and welding stage, H-beams, C/Z purlins and structural connecting parts are rolled and formed by professional rolling machines. All welding procedures adopt automatic submerged arc welding technology, which features uniform welding lines, deep welding depth and no welding defects such as air holes and cracks. After welding, workers carry out full polishing and deburring treatment to remove welding scars and sharp edges, making component surfaces smooth and flat, which lays a foundation for subsequent surface anti-corrosion treatment.

After processing and forming, all components undergo strict dimensional calibration and structural detection. Professional inspectors use precision measuring tools to check the length, width, hole position and flatness of steel parts to ensure all components meet the design drawings and installation standards. After passing the dimensional inspection, the steel components enter the surface treatment process, and finally go through finished product sampling inspection and overall quality assessment before packaging and delivery. 3. Advanced Surface Treatment Technology

This treatment features strong adhesion, excellent oxidation resistance and wear resistance, which can resist long-term outdoor wind and rain erosion, and the service life can reach more than 50 years without rusting.

For secondary components such as purlins, supports and connecting accessories, we adopt electrostatic spray painting and multi-layer paint finishing processes, including primer anti-rust treatment, intermediate layer anti-corrosion reinforcement and topcoat weather resistance treatment. The primer tightly fits the steel surface to isolate air and moisture and prevent internal rust; the intermediate layer enhances the anti-corrosion thickness and structural protection performance; the high-quality topcoat has super ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance and self-cleaning performance, which can keep the surface smooth, beautiful and color-fast for a long time.

All surface treatment processes strictly follow industrial standards, with no missing coating, no bubbling and no peeling. The treated steel components have strong environmental adaptability, and can maintain stable performance in coastal humid areas, high-temperature industrial zones and cold high-altitude areas, effectively reducing later maintenance and repainting costs for industrial workshops.
