The Q235B and Q355B high-strength anti-rust steel frame factory workshop is a premium prefabricated steel structure industrial building designed for modern manufacturing, heavy-duty production, large-span workshops, and long-term industrial operation. This building adopts graded national standard carbon steel and high-strength low-alloy steel as the main structural materials, combining Q235B steel for secondary stable components and Q355B high-strength steel for primary load-bearing frames. The whole structure consists of H-section steel main columns, roof main beams, reinforced stiffening ribs, purlin systems, tension bracing systems, and fully anti-corrosion treated metal frames.
Different from ordinary low-grade steel buildings, this workshop strictly uses B-grade impact steel, which guarantees excellent low-temperature toughness, stable welding performance, and uniform mechanical properties under extreme weather. All steel components undergo professional surface anti-rust treatment including shot blasting, rust removal, multi-layer anti-corrosion painting, or hot-dip galvanizing to achieve strong oxidation resistance, water resistance, and atmospheric corrosion resistance. The modular prefabricated design ensures fast site installation, stable overall structural rigidity, large indoor clear span, and safe long-term service performance. It is widely used for heavy industry workshops, mechanical processing plants, assembly factories, storage warehouses, and multi-functional industrial plant projects.

This steel workshop adopts scientific material collocation. Q235B steel features excellent ductility, stable plasticity, easy welding, and low cost, perfectly suitable for purlins, tie rods, bracings, wall frames, and secondary structural parts that require flexible stress performance. Q355B high-strength steel is used for main load-bearing beams and columns, providing 30% higher yield strength than ordinary Q235 steel. It greatly improves the overall load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, snow load resistance, and seismic performance, allowing larger span design and reducing overall steel consumption without sacrificing structural safety.
All steel frames are treated with standardized anti-rust processes. The strict shot blasting pretreatment removes all surface rust, oxide scale, and welding slag, ensuring strong coating adhesion. The multi-layer protective system includes anti-rust primer, intermediate coating, and weather-resistant topcoat, effectively isolating air, moisture, and industrial corrosive substances. For harsh environments such as coastal salt fog, high humidity, and industrial pollution areas, hot-dip galvanizing treatment is optional, providing permanent anti-rust protection and greatly extending the service life of the steel structure.
The main beam and column webs are equipped with welded stiffening ribs and stiffening plates, which effectively prevent local buckling, deformation, and structural instability under long-term heavy load, strong wind, and snow pressure. The complete bracing system forms a stable spatial steel frame system, ensuring uniform force transmission, strong overall rigidity, and excellent structural ductility. The B-grade steel material ensures no brittle fracture under low temperature, making the building safe and reliable in all seasons and extreme climates.
All components are fully prefabricated in the factory with precise CNC processing, unified standards, and stable quality. On-site construction only requires bolt assembly, greatly shortening the project cycle, reducing wet construction, and lowering labor and time costs. A1: Q235B is ordinary carbon structural steel with good ductility and welding performance, mainly used for secondary structures such as purlins, bracings, and tie rods. Q355B is high-strength low-alloy steel with higher yield strength, stronger compression and bending resistance, and is used for main load-bearing beams and columns. The combined application ensures both structural safety and cost-effectiveness.
A2: With standard multi-layer paint anti-corrosion treatment, the service life can reach 15–20 years. With hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the anti-rust lifespan can exceed 30 years, almost free of daily maintenance.
A3: Yes. The main frame adopts Q355B high-strength steel and reinforced stiffening rib design. The structural calculation strictly follows local wind load and snow load standards. The integral bracing system ensures strong overall stability, which can resist extreme weather such as strong typhoons and heavy snow accumulation.
