Product Introduction

Our pre-engineered steel structure workshop is a high-efficiency, durable and cost-effective industrial building solution widely adopted for factory production, processing workshops, manufacturing plants and industrial storage. The whole building adopts rigid frame system with hot‑rolled or welded H‑section steel as main columns and beams, ensuring high structural stability, large clear span, excellent wind resistance and seismic performance.

All primary steel members undergo strict Sa2.5 shot blasting surface treatment before multi-layer anti-corrosion painting, which greatly improves paint adhesion and long-term rust resistance. The steel materials comply with international standards including GB, ASTM A36 and AS/NZS grades, fully meeting different regional project requirements.

The secondary structure consists of galvanized C/Z purlins, angle steel bracings and round bar tension systems, providing reliable lateral stiffness and overall structural balance. The roof and wall enclosure systems adopt high-quality color steel panels or insulated sandwich panels, effectively heat-insulated, waterproof and dust-proof. Complete waterproof accessories including ridge cap, barge cap, corner flashing and drip flashing are fully equipped to seal all joints, prevent rainwater ingress and avoid cladding corrosion under long-term outdoor exposure.
