We provide two mature anti-corrosion options: hot-dip galvanizing or anti-rust paint coating. Shot blasting is carried out firstly to remove rust and oxide scale, improving coating adhesion. This treatment effectively resists humidity and salt corrosion, extending the service life especially in tropical, coastal and high-rainfall regions.

Key Specifications

Insulated sandwich panels with PU, PIR or rock wool core are available. They feature good thermal insulation, sound insulation and anti-condensation performance. They are ideal when you need stable internal temperature for sensitive stored goods.

Corrugated single skin steel sheets are the cost-effective alternative. Without insulation core, they fit dry storage zones that have no strict temperature control requirements, helping customers save project budget reasonably.

Prefabricated parapet wall modules are supplied to finish the roof edge. It creates a neat appearance, blocks splashing rainwater and prevents rain backflow onto the roof surface.

Custom prefabricated doors and windows include rolling shutter doors for cargo access, pedestrian doors and louver windows. The size and quantity can be adjusted based on your logistics passage and lighting needs.

The complete enclosure system consists of wall/roof panels, flashings, gutters and downpipes. All matching accessories form an integrated waterproof envelope to keep rain out and protect stored inventory.
