This prefabricated steel workshop is fully enclosed with high-performance insulated sandwich panels, built for temperature-controlled manufacturing environments. The main frame adopts Q355B H-beams and Q235B secondary members. Steel components go through Sa2.5 blasting and anti-corrosion coating; flame straightening is applied to guarantee flatness and precision. Optional rock wool, PIR or PU core panels deliver stable thermal insulation, low heat transfer and reliable airtightness, helping you keep consistent indoor temperature for food processing electronics and precision production. The system supports customized clear span, eave height and bay modules. Matching flashings, gaskets and sealing accessories reduce cold bridges. The building meets seismic and fire-resistance requirements, and can reserve space for HVAC, smoke vents and sprinkler systems. All steel parts and panels are prefabricated in factory for fast site assembly.
