This prefabricated steel structure warehouse is engineered for secure commercial goods storage, integrating fire-rated cladding, robust portal frame system, modular layout and full structural safety design. It delivers large clear-span storage space, short site erection cycle and low long-term maintenance cost, widely suitable for general cargo, packaged merchandise and non-hazardous inventory storage.

Primary load-bearing steel members adopt two protection schemes for selection: hot-dip galvanizing complying with ISO 1461, coating thickness 70–85 μm for coastal and high-corrosion zones; or epoxy primer plus intermediate paint and polyurethane topcoat for inland normal environments. Secondary purlins, bracings and connecting fittings are hot-dip galvanized. Fire-resistant intumescent coating is applied separately on main beams and columns to meet required fire resistance rating, forming a dual system of anti-corrosion and fire protection. All coating works are finished in factory with controlled surface roughness before delivery.

Design loads are customizable per local site code. Standard roof live load: 0.5 kN/m² for maintenance; floor live load ranges from 3.0 kN/m² to 10 kN/m² based on storage density. Wind load, snow load and seismic base shear are calculated according to ASCE 7, EN 1991 or GB 50009. Overhead crane load can be incorporated if specified.

Main frame H-beams use Q355B steel; secondary C/Z purlins, tie rods and bracings adopt Q235B. Material test certificates (MTC) are supplied for each batch. Welding follows AWS D1.1 or GB 50661.

Standard bay module: 6m /7.5m /9m; clear span covers 15m–48m; eave height adjustable from 4m to 12m. Roof pitch 1:10 to 1:5 for drainage. Layout can be expanded by adding bays later.

High-strength grade 8.8/10.9 bolt sets, anchor bolts, roof & wall self-tapping fasteners, sealing gaskets, flashings, gutters and downpipes are fully matched. Fire-resistant rockwool/PIR sandwich cladding panels are available, panel thickness 50–150 mm.

We provide complete engineering package: 2D CAD structural drawings, foundation drawing, connection details, material list, BIM 3D models and photorealistic renderings. Structural calculation report is attached for local building permit submission.

The warehouse meets ISO 9001 quality management, CE EN 1090 and SGS third-party inspection requirements. All fire-rated cladding panels and fire protection coatings are tested to relevant fire codes. Seismic design adopts ductile portal frame with energy-dissipating bracing system, designed for seismic zones up to 0.30g. Bolted connections avoid brittle failure; redundant bracing layout improves structural stability under seismic excitation. The integrated fire system includes A-class non-combustible fire-resistant cladding, intumescent coating on primary steel to achieve 60–120 minutes fire resistance, fire compartment partition, smoke vent openings and reserved routes for sprinkler & alarm installation. The cladding restrains flame spread and heat transfer, protecting stored commercial goods and maintaining structural integrity within rated fire duration.
