Rock wool, EPS or PU sandwich panels integrate heat preservation, thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance. Rock wool sandwich panels meet strict fire protection standards for factories involving flammable materials. PU and EPS sandwich panels stabilize indoor temperature, reduce energy consumption for cooling and heating, perfect for precision manufacturing workshops. To improve the working environment inside high-clearance large-space workshops, we provide matched ventilation solutions. Natural ventilation systems including roof ventilators, ventilation skylights and wall ventilation windows take advantage of thermal convection to discharge hot air, industrial dust and waste gas. For workshops with heavy pollution, mechanical ventilation systems such as negative pressure fans can be installed to realize uniform air circulation and eliminate ventilation dead zones.
Meanwhile, daylighting panels can be arranged on the roof to make full use of natural light, lowering daily lighting power consumption. The lighting layout can be adjusted according to equipment distribution to ensure uniform brightness across forklift travelling routes and production zones.

The steel structure is designed complying with international industrial building standards. Roof live load can be adjusted as required. Floor load capacity ranges from 3.0 kN/㎡ to 15 kN/㎡ to bear heavy machinery and stacked goods. The structure can resist wind load up to 0.75 kN/㎡ and snow load based on local meteorological data. Seismic design reaches Grade 7–8 to guarantee structural safety under extreme weather conditions.
Main frame columns and beams adopt Q355B high-strength structural steel; purlins and secondary components adopt Q235B steel. All steel raw materials come with material test certificates. Surface treatment options include hot-dip galvanizing or multi-layer electrostatic spray painting to achieve long-term anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, suitable for coastal, humid and industrial polluted areas.
Single span ranges from 12 m to 36 m, multi-bay combined spans can be extended infinitely. Eave height and internal clear height are customizable. Building length follows 3m standard modulus for convenient production, transportation and future expansion.
Full set of industrial accessories are available: high-strength galvanized bolt assemblies, industrial rolling shutter doors, overhead lifting doors, fire doors, drainage systems, lightning protection components, crane beam supports and lighting fixtures. All accessories are standardized and perfectly matched with main structure.

For each project, our engineering team provides complete technical documents including CAD structural layout drawings, component fabrication drawings, foundation drawings, enclosure and installation detail drawings. The CAD files can be used for production, construction guidance and local official approval.
High-precision 3D renderings and 3D models are also offered. Clients can visually check the overall workshop appearance, internal space effect, forklift passage layout and equipment arrangement scheme in advance, making adjustments before formal production to avoid scheme deviations.
Every project is equipped with a detailed illustrated installation manual, marking assembly sequence, bolt tightening torque and enclosure installation specifications. We provide electronic installation manuals, assembly videos and remote technical support. All structural parts are pre-drilled and pre-processed in factory; on-site work mainly relies on bolt assembly without extensive welding, shortening construction cycle and lowering site labor cost.
