We implement a complete standardized production process for every large clear height steel workshop to ensure stable quality and precise dimensions. The whole process includes design modeling, raw material inspection, cutting, welding, polishing, rust removal, anti-corrosion painting, precision punching, component assembly inspection and finished product packaging. Firstly, the professional structural team conducts 3D modeling and structural stress calculation according to the customer’s clear height, span, load and regional climate parameters to ensure the structural safety and rationality. Secondly, we select qualified Q235B/Q355B steel materials and strictly inspect the thickness, toughness and surface quality of raw materials.
During production, all steel beams and columns are cut and processed by CNC precision equipment to ensure accurate hole position and component size. Automatic welding technology is adopted to improve welding firmness and flatness. After welding, all components are polished and derusted thoroughly, followed by multi-layer anti-corrosion primer and topcoat spraying. Finally, all parts are inspected one by one, packaged in categories and marked with numbers, ensuring zero error during on-site assembly.
