The whole production process of multi-story steel structure office building follows standardized industrial procedures to ensure stable product quality. The first step is engineering design and drawing confirmation. According to the customer’s floor quantity, building size, functional partition requirements and local wind, snow and seismic load standards, professional structural engineers complete overall structural calculation, space partition design and construction drawing design, and start production after customer’s confirmation.

The second step is raw material inspection and cutting. Strictly inspect the chemical composition and mechanical properties of Q235B and Q355B steel raw materials. Qualified steel materials are processed through CNC automatic cutting, precise drilling and groove processing to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each component and the matching precision of bolt holes.

The third step is factory welding and anti-corrosion treatment. Main beams and columns adopt automatic submerged arc welding process, with smooth and firm welds. All welding parts pass UT non-destructive testing to eliminate welding defects. After welding forming, all steel components are treated with shot blasting rust removal, and then coated with anti-rust primer and weather-resistant topcoat or hot-dip galvanized to form a durable anti-corrosion protective layer.

The fourth step is finished component inspection and coding. All processed steel frames, stair components and support parts are fully inspected for size, flatness and anti-corrosion effect. Each component is marked with a unique assembly code to ensure accurate on-site matching.

The fifth step is packaging and shipment. Qualified components are classified and packed with waterproof and anti-collision measures.
