It features good ductility, excellent welding performance, stable toughness, and low-temperature resistance, making it the most reliable material for secondary load-bearing and stabilizing components. Q355B high-strength steel is applied to main load-bearing frames including H-beam columns, roof main beams, and large-span stressed parts. Compared with ordinary carbon steel, Q355B has higher yield strength, stronger compression resistance, bending resistance, and structural rigidity, effectively reducing steel consumption while improving overall building span capacity, wind resistance, snow load resistance, and seismic performance.
For overseas projects that follow American standards, ASTM A36 carbon structural steel is adopted. A36 steel has stable mechanical properties, excellent weldability, uniform material texture, and reliable tensile strength, fully meeting international building codes and overseas engineering acceptance standards. All three steel grades are B-level temperature impact qualified materials, which avoid low-temperature brittle fracture and ensure structural safety in cold seasons and extreme weather conditions. To adapt to harsh outdoor environments, all metal frame components are processed with professional anti-corrosion treatment. The factory adopts strict shot blasting rust removal to eliminate oxide skin, welding slag, and surface impurities, improving coating adhesion. After pretreatment, steel members are coated with multi-layer anti-corrosion paint, including anti-rust primer, intermediate coating, and weather-resistant topcoat. For high-corrosion areas such as coastal salt fog and humid industrial zones, hot-dip galvanizing treatment is optional. Before delivery, finished steel frames, purlins, bracings, and connection accessories are fully inspected for appearance, size, structural flatness, and anti-corrosion quality. All qualified components are numbered and packaged uniformly to ensure error-free on-site assembly and stable overall structural quality.
