The steel frame adopts a robust portal frame configuration, consisting of steel columns, beams, and bracing. Combined with the external enclosure system, this structure forms a fully sealed building engineered to withstand extreme weather conditions—including high winds, heavy rainfall, and snow loads.
All metal components undergo precision cutting, welding, drilling, and painting in our workshop prior to shipment to the construction site. Fastened with high-strength bolts, the components enable quick, hassle-free on-site assembly, significantly reducing labor costs.

TSIN undertake all welding procedures in accordance with GB standard. Our dedicated Welding Inspectors are certified by the government authority.

We perform non-destructive testing (NDT) in accordance with contract documents and applicable welding codes. As part of this process, we ensure that all inspections, test plans and quality manuals are fully documented and maintained.
