Prefabricated Insulated Steel Structure Cold Storage Warehouse is a professional low-temperature building solution specially developed for frozen food, fresh produce, seafood, meat processing and cold chain logistics industries. Different from traditional brick-and-concrete cold rooms with slow construction, poor thermal insulation and inflexible layout, this integrated building combines rigid portal steel frame system and high-performance insulated sandwich panels, realizing full factory prefabrication and fast on-site bolt assembly. Every structural component including main steel columns, H-beam girders, C/Z purlins, wind bracing and connecting brackets is precisely cut, welded and anti-corrosion treated in standardized workshops, then shipped to construction sites for modular splicing without large-scale concrete pouring or on-site welding work.
The whole cold storage building is tailor-made for constant low-temperature working environments, covering multiple temperature zones ranging from -40℃ blast freezing rooms, -18℃ frozen food storage, 0~5℃ fresh-keeping warehouses to 10~15℃ constant temperature logistics transfer areas. The load-bearing framework of this cold storage warehouse strictly adopts industrial-grade low-alloy carbon steel materials with two mainstream grades for selection: Q235B and Q355B high-strength steel. Q355B H-section steel is used for main columns and main beams to bear heavy vertical loads from refrigeration equipment, multi-layer cargo racks and roof snow accumulation, featuring yield strength above 355MPa, strong impact resistance and excellent deformation resistance. Secondary supporting components such as roof purlins, wall purlins, knee braces and cross wind bracings adopt hot-dip galvanized Q235B C/Z channel steel; the galvanized layer thickness reaches 85μm to 120μm, which prevents rust corrosion caused by high humidity, condensed water and frequent temperature alternation inside and outside the cold storage.
All connection nodes adopt 8.8 or 10.9 grade high-strength galvanized bolts, forming a stable three-dimensional rigid frame system with good seismic and wind resistance performance. The structural design complies with GB 50017 steel structure design code, American AISC specification and EU EN 1090 execution standard, which can withstand Grade 12 wind speed and 8-degree seismic fortification intensity, adapting to coastal humid areas, inland cold northern regions and subtropical high-temperature zones.
Customized dimensional design is fully supported: single clear span ranges from 6m to 30m without intermediate columns, eave height adjustable from 4m to 12m, and the total length of the warehouse can be extended infinitely according to the cold chain operation scale. Optional mezzanine steel floor, loading platform steel frame and overhead equipment support beams can be added to realize integrated functions of storage, sorting and office. All steel components are 100% detachable and recyclable; after disassembly, there is no loss of structural performance, which can be transferred and reassembled for new cold storage projects to cut repeated construction investment.

Cold storage interiors feature frequent water condensation, high humidity and volatile organic gases from food, which easily corrode building structures. All standardized steel components are interchangeable; damaged individual panels or small steel parts can be replaced separately without overall reconstruction. From raw steel incoming inspection to finished component delivery, we implement full-process strict quality inspection. Raw steel materials are tested for yield strength, tensile strength and thickness to screen unqualified materials.
