We adopt multiple high-quality national standard steel grades to meet different span, height and load requirements. The main structural materials include Q235B carbon structural steel and Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel. Q235B steel features good toughness, stable performance and cost effectiveness, which is widely used for medium and small span workshops and conventional warehouses. Q355B high-strength steel provides higher yield strength and tensile strength, effectively reducing steel consumption while maintaining excellent load-bearing capacity, making it the best choice for large-span, high-eave and heavy-load industrial buildings.
All secondary components such as roof purlins, wall purlins, bracings and tie rods are made of hot-dip galvanized steel or painted cold-formed steel to ensure anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. Our custom steel structure buildings adopt standardized whole-process factory production. After confirming customer’s customized span, eave height and drawing parameters, our technical team completes structural calculation, strength analysis and detailed shop drawings. The formal production process includes raw material incoming inspection, precision cutting, automatic welding, assembly forming, surface sandblasting rust removal, multi-layer anti-corrosion primer and topcoat painting, finished product inspection, component coding and classified packaging.
All main beams, columns and purlins are precisely processed by CNC equipment to ensure accurate hole position, consistent size and perfect on-site assembly matching.
